- DORILAG Cement Corporation
- Cement Plant Project, Brgy. Rizal, Jordan, Guimaras (On-going)
The proposed cement plant will employ a dry process of manufacturing cement at a rated capacity of 5,000 tons of clinker per day for a total output of 1,600,000 tons per year of cement. A quarry for the limestone will be established within the MPSA area. A 30MW coal-fired power plant will be installed to provide for the power requirement of the proposed cement plant project. The coal-fired power plant will adopt a Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) Boiler.
A pier will be also constructed to receive and deliver the goods, other raw materials and the finished products

- Mindanao Alcohol Distillery Project,
Brgys. Sta. Ana and Mohon, Tagolan, Misamis Oriental (For Issuance of ECC)
The project includes the installation of a complete functional and workable alcohol distillery plant with capacity of 75,000 liters/day and will include the 2x1,000,000 liters alcohol storage tank. The project activities will involve the construction of tank foundation, fabricatio, installation of tank accessories, and construction of weighing bridge, office and other plant facilities.

- Panay Coal-Fired Power Plant Project in Banate, Iloilo (On-going)
The project is the installation of a 100MW Panay-Coal Fired Power Plant in response to the current power shortage in Iloilo Province and the Panay Island and will also build under a Build Owned and Operate scheme of the Philippine Government. The major facilities of the proposed project include boiler, turbine, coal ash yard, ash pond, wharf, pollution control facilities and other related buildings/structures.

- Diwalwal Direct State Development Mining Project in Monkayo, Compostella Valley (February 2004)
The project aims to rationalize the development of the mineral resources in the Diwalwal mineral reservation with mechanized mining and mineral processing methods that are safe and acceptable to the environment at the same time taking into consideration the needs of the community. Within the reservation, the study included the mining areas and the Mabatas area and vicinity, which are proposed as the sites for the permanent tailings dam, mineral processing zone, and community relocation

- Asian Alcohol Corporation
- Molasses Tank Farm Project, Brgy. Canjusa, Pulupandan, Negros Occ. (January 2005)
The project will be located on the northeastern portion of the alcohol distillery plant, that is, adjacent to the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) occupying a total lot area of 8,042 m2.
The storage terminal project will consist of four (4) molasses steel tanks each having a capacity of 12,000MT, rendering an aggregate capacity of 48,000 MT.

- Magnolia, Inc.
- Ice Cream Plant Project, Brgy. Pulong Sta. Cruz, Sta. Rosa, Laguna (January 2005)
The ice cream plant will be located within the Lucky Nine Property in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. The plant has a total land area of 14,360 m2 and a building floor area of 3,159 m2. It will produce ice cream products consisting of bulk ice cream, cups and cones as well as frozen novelties in sticks.

- Molasses and Alcohol Storage Tank Farm Project, Brgy. Gracia, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental (February 2005)
The project involves the construction and operation of a storage tank facility consisting of two (2) units of 20,000 MT molasses tanks and two units of 1Million liters of alcohol tanks. The molasses and alcohol tanks will be provided each with loading/unloading facility with corresponding piping and pump systems to receive and/or withdraw molasses and alcohol products. Molasses may be transported into or out of the facility by either barge or tank lorry while alcohol products coming from Mindanao Distillery Plant will be transported outbound by either barge or tank lorries.

- Offshore Exploratory Drilling Project, Sulu Seas (May 2004)
The proposed project involves the installation and exploration drilling of up to three (3) wells and their respective decommissioning within a period of 30 to 90 days. An appraisal of Well #1 (Zebra) will be also conducted to further verify some critical information based from aerial survey of the area.

- By-Pass Road Project, Naga City, Camarines Sur (February 2003)
The new By-pass Road project, to be named as “Almeda Highway”, is an integral part of the City’s planned development. It is an alternative road to the Maharlika Highway, which will pass through four barangays. These barangays will benefil from the proposed Almeda Highway as it would provide more rapid linkages, reduced transport cost, increase in trade and facilitate delivery of social services.

- DMCI-Ready Mix Concrete Corp.
- Concrete Batching Plant Project, Dasmariñas, Cavite (March 2003)
The DMCI, as general contractor, proposed to install and operate its own concrete batching plant within the construction site at the SM City-Dasmarinas Complex Project. The concrete batching plant is just a temporary or non-permanent facility and will be dismantled or relocated to other project site upon completion of the construction works of the SM City – Dasmarinas Complex Project.
- San Miguel Corporation
- Flour Mill Plant Expansion Project, Mabini, Batangas (July 2002)
San Miguel Corporation has four operational mill plants with a milling capacity of 1,060 tones per day and the proponent intends to install the 5th mill plant with corresponding auxiliaries and support facilities at an additional milling capacity of 600 tons per day.

- Metal Crown Manufacturing Plant, SMC Complex, Qubiawan, San Fernando
The proposed project is capable of producing approximately 30 million gross of PVC and/or non-PVC line crown bottle caps. The plant will produce lithographed sheets, which will be formed and cut into crowns in a blanking press.

- Meat Processing Expansion Project, Gen. Trias, Cavite (March 2002)
The project involved the EIA study for the proposed meat processing plant with an estimated production output of 116MT per day of processed meat.
- Concrete Aggregates Corp.
- 19 Ha Aggregate Mining and Plant Retooling Project, Angono, Rizal (2001)
The retooling project involves the upgrading of the old plants by installation of a scalping screen and change primary screen settings; partial re-fleeting of quarry equipment by outright purchase or leased of 5m3 capacity loader, 3m3 capacity backhoe and 32 tonner dump truck; and putting up of additional dust sprays at selected points to control dust emissions during the operation. It will increase the production rate to 600m3/hr from 305 m3/hr at a corresponding mining extraction rate of 650m3/hr from 355 m3/hr. This increase in production and extraction rates necessitates the expansion of the mining area to 211 hectares from 192 hectares.

The project involved the conduct of EIA study of the following modules: air quality, oceanography and sediment transport, socio-economic and environmental risk assessment.
